2010 Israel Philharmonic Orchestra Gala in Israel
Join Israeli and international friends of the IPO at the annual IPO Foundation Gala. The evening will start at 7:30pm and feature a special performance by the
Israel Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Maestro
Zubin Mehta. This year’s Gala highlights excerpts from
Georges Bizet’s
Carmen, sung by
Elena Maksimova as Carmen and
Massimo Giordano as Don José. The international Spanish Flamenco dancing sensation
Nuria Pomares will also perform. The performance at the Mann Auditorium will be followed by a festive dinner at the Tel Aviv Hilton Hotel. The evening festivities are generously underwritten by
Bank Hapoalim.
