Associates Program
The Associates Program of the American Friends of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra (AFIPO) is one of New York’s best kept secrets. Comprised of young professionals, between the ages of 21 and 40, who share an appreciation for classical music and an interest in philanthropic support of Israel, the Associates hold several exclusive musical and social events throughout the year.
The Young Forum is the Associates membership program. Young Forum membership assists AFIPO in supporting various projects of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, including the KeyNote and Sulamot Programs, which bring music education to over 29,000 children as well as other outreach programs, such as free ticket distribution to thousands of IDF soldiers.
Membership in the Young Forum provides you with many benefits, including an invitation to the annual kick-off event, reduced priced and/or complimentary tickets for musical events, priority ticketing/seating to all events, the opportunity to serve on committees and a listing on all Associates printed materials.
Committee participation is the driving force of our Associates program. Check out our committees – from Membership, Strategic Planning, and Social Media to Musical and Social Programs – and learn how you can channel your interests and expertise to help secure the future generation of Israel Philharmonic Orchestra supporters.
