On Wednesday, August 1, 2012, The Ambassador Society and Young Forum of American Friends of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra hosted an annual summer reception, Summer in the City, at Hudson Terrace. Co-chaired by Ruth Schmuelian and Judy Lobel, the evening drew over 100 young professionals to the scenic rooftop pavillion where they enjoyed an informal wine tasting and panoramic sunset views overlooking the Hudson.
